Our Quality Assurance department is involved from the start and plays an important role in managing these expectations.
Our overall approach is best described as an agile development method, complemented with strict communication agreements and result based commitment. Once the requirements and scope are defined, we often are prepared to offer the project activities on a fixed-price basis.
