I'm a passionate software developer who cares about well-designed and well-written software.

I have been developing software professionally for over six years. During this period, I have tried to learn something new every day, either by trying out new programming techniques to see what works and what doesn't, or by reading technical articles/blogs in order to keep myself up to date with the latest tools and technologies.

In May 2011 I have joined the Maxcode team as Senior Software Developer, hoping to further develop my abilities by working on some interesting and diverse projects. I have not been disappointed.

I enjoy spending my spare time with my family, and also working on some of my personal projects - a freeware Google Calendar notifier (http://vladiliescu.ro/atchoo) and an open source webcomic downloader (http://code.google.com/p/woofy).
