2008 was the year that represented the start at Maxcode for me. I was hired as a .NET Junior Developer and started working on an ORT Tool for Sanoma. From there on, I have worked on several projects which got larger and more complex.

I am, and always have been, enthusiastic about technology, programming models and design patterns. Putting all of these together and create a project is the ultimate goal for any software developer. Besides programming, I have been involved in Maxcode training program where I had to help Ciprian improve his HTML and CSS skills and pass through all the stages of creating a small project. I have also helped Dan to add HTML and CSS to his area of expertise.

Deadlines are always a fear factor, but here at Maxcode we are fearless and always manage to push ourselves to achieve the client's requests in time and of course with high quality. Florin will always take care of this for us.

One of my goals at Maxcode is to continuously improve my expertise and knowledge and to help others achieve the same goal.
