From the beginning we had our ideas about near shoring and its future developments. It would provide us with a large pool of experienced and skilled software engineers, but we realised that we needed to invest in our human resources. We wanted to create an inspiring working environment, where creativity and commitment is stimulated. We did not want to sell FTE only, results and quality had to be key. We succeeded in building a company with people who are dedicated to the company. Our office in Romania easily competes with modern offices in Western Europe. All this reflects on our Romanian colleagues, although they work at another location, they identify themselves with the project and the customer. If required they join our teams in The Netherlands. Vice versa we encourage all our customers to visit us in Romania, and experience the quality themselves.
