Ioana Butnarasu

I have been working as Project Manager for Maxcode Romania since June 2007, an experience both challenging and rewarding in many ways. Having worked for Maxcode for nearly 4 years, I have had the opportunity to develop and perfect a variety of project management skills and abilities while enjoying the opportunity to work in a multinational environment and grow alongside the company itself. Working for Maxcode has allowed me to become involved in a variety of projects and take on a multitude of roles, from gathering clients' requirements and writing functional specification documentation to project lifecycle planning and resource allocation, as well as tracking project deliverables and client communication. In parallel, I have had the opportunity to develop my analytical thinking, analysis and problem-solving abilities in the context of working in a business-intensive environment rich in day-to-day challenges, where "thinking on your feet", acute responsiveness and working well under pressure are critical elements.

I have a BSc. in Business Information Systems and my background includes two international studies experiences, within the Socrates - Erasmus and Leonardo da Vinci programs. In the wake of this experience, I have come to appreciate the opportunities of working alongside young, motivated professionals and I have become a firm believer in the principle of continual professional and personal development.

I enjoy being part of the Maxcode team, a dedicated group of motivated professionals who have constantly taken pride in working closely together to achieve excellence in all the initiatives they undertake.

The Paypers

The Paypers is the leading independent source of news and analysis for professionals in the global payment community.

CONNECT

Central platform used by participants in the retail processing chain for reporting unavailability and automatically generate/send notifications to registered parties (Merchants, Issuers, etc.)

iDEAL Notification System

Central website used by iDEAL participating banks for stating unavailability of the iDEAL product, based on which the website will inform registered banks, merchants and PSPs.

iDEAL Test Tool (iTT)

The iDEAL Test Tool (iTT) is designed to allow parties implementing the iDEAL protocol to troubleshoot or test their solution.

iDEAL Campaign

On-line game meant to raise awareness of iDEAL as a payment method to more and more consumers.

mBalance License Tool

The License Tool allows mBalance employees to concurrently and collaboratively work with the same application for generating and managing licences for their customers.

Groove Search & Backup Tool

The tool provides backup capabilities for all information stored in Groove, as well as searching within Groove's workspaces.

TechXX Outlook plug-in

Used for archiving Outlook emails (including attachments) to a SharePoint document library. The workflows within SharePoint allow sending/archiving emails from a document library.

Zorg

Complex system used by practices in The Netherlands for managing patients appointments, invoices, declarations.
