Smartpix active imaging technology opens up a new channel of communication with mass audiences. Combined with email, a new interaction paradigm is realized.

Active imaging is the real time rendering of pictures containing personal information. Its application is typical where real‐time process data needs to be communicated to clients. Today this information is often presented on websites behind user names and passwords. With Smartpix technology this information can be displayed in the email channel, without the receiving party having to log in to view his information. Every time he looks at the email the active image is generated in real‐time and displays the latest, most recent information.
