The Beter Coaching System (BCS) allows coaches to coach employees of customer organizations of Beter, referred to as CE's (customer employees).
An employee receives a (health) check with a specific organization, which provides the results of this health check to Beter (through an interface). The CE is checked on multiple aspects (e.g. smoking, weight, blood pressure, etc.) and the result is categorized into 3 possible outcomes: bad, insufficient, ok.
Customer Employees that have aspects categorized as bad or insufficient are offered coaching sessions in order to improve their health or life style. A coach is assigned in the PHCS to every CE. After a personal interview, a goal and several activities are set for one or more aspects in which the CE has to improve health or life style. The participant is supposed to give feedback on these assignments after a certain period.
The CE is constantly monitored by the assigned coach, which takes into consideration the CE's evaluation of the assignments in deciding the next steps in the coaching cycle. The CE is informed by email of the status of their activities, changes or new tasks assigned by the coach, deadlines of the assignments. The email contains a Smartpix© link that represents an image, being a graphical interpretation of the status of the CE's aspect and showing amongst other things the set of tasks assigned.
