AcceptEmail is a new, simple and secure electronic invoicing and payment solution using the e-mail. Real-time generated images (using Smartpix© technology) convey the current invoice status, resulting in a comprehensive EBPP (Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) experience in the customers' inbox. In a 3-click process invoices are paid straight from within the e-mail without manual data (re)entry, resulting in full process transparency & control for the payer. This leads to substantially lower DSO and collection costs for the biller.

AcceptEmail can be used in combination with any online payment method. It also supports direct marketing, credit management and smart SEPA Direct Debit notifications. The availability of the service is cross-industry and especially designed for B2C and B2SB supporting various stages of the invoiceto-cash process.

The web-based Software As A Service AcceptEmail is built in .NET and running on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 which implicates that AcceptEmail is applying the latest principles of Cloud computing. The platform is capable of processing large volumes of financial transactions and is therefore highly scalable and can be integrated to any customers' billing system or implemented within in-house applications easily by means of batch file upload or SOAP service. The open structure offers a multitude of reporting possibilities. With AcceptEmail, customers have full insights in real time of the status of their outstanding bills & payment requests: if they arrived in the inbox of the customer, if they were opened and viewed, if they have been paid.
