New insights constantly results in rearranging the order. Also during the project the most important always comes first.
Team responsibility
Team members themselves determine how many 'high-prio' will be built. The complete team feels responsible.
Fixed-duration
The activities are conducted within a fixed duration (2 weeks) with a lot of commitment.

Common ground for many of our projects is: Online payments, complex data exchange, and websites offering lots of functionality. We prefer a SCRUM based approach.

MAXCODE cherishes technique. In 2005 we started out a .NET company. Out office in Romania is located in the university campus and we maintain close relations with two computer science faculties. Working together
Developing your applications can be conducted project based or with the use of a dedicated team. In case of a project, the assignment will be given to the team whose experience is most in line with your environment or application. The teams are recognisable by their colour and our planning board shows clearly what they are working on.
SCRUM
By means of SCRUM we offer you an approach that quickly leads to concrete results. Every 2 weeks a part of the to-be-built application is presented and delivered. Besides the fast pace, the deliverable has clearly added value for you as a customer and is ready to be used in production.
Our know-how
Since we started our company we have been closely involved with the evolution of online payments. People at MAXCODE have much experience with the first attempts of online payments, the interbank variant: iDEAL and are currently involved with the start of the European solution: MyBank.
